Buyback Exchange Service Policy
Have you purchased a new vehicle, caravan or camper trailer and require different iSi components?
As your demands change over time, we offer a buyback exchange service where we take back used components and supply new components of the correct configuration. iSi will supply updated components with a rebate on returned items.

- An itemised invoice will be generated and sent within 72 hours outlining the details of the exchange including freight charges.
- Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be dispatched within the current dispatch processing times.
- Once you’re satisfied with the replacement parts, organise the return of your used components to iSi Bicycle Carriers. Please see details below for more information.
- The rebate as shown on your invoice will be processed to your nominated account within 10 business days after returned goods arrive at iSi.
Once the above steps are completed, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete your order, the return can be facilitated in person at our manufacturing facility at Factory 17, 8-10 Monomeeth Drive, Mitcham.
Once the replacement parts arrive, please organise the return of your used components.
You may use your own freight service, or we can assist with a return label and all you need to do is drop off at Australia Post.
If you wish to use the Aus Post option, please inform us and we will include the label in the box with your updated components, then follow the steps below;
- Package used component/s into the existing box. Use any bubble wrap/paper to carefully wrap each individual component for a safe return.
- Affix the Aus Post return label provided to the returning box.
- Take the box to your local post office.
- Email Dispatch@isi-carriers.com letting us know the package is on its way.
- Once iSi have received the components we will initiate the refund into your nominated account.
Upon returning eligible goods, iSi will issue a rebate on your returned components.
This rebate will be applied with the purchase of new items from iSi Bicycle Carriers and will be nominated on the invoice configured by your consultant.
If we have used iSi Certified items available, we can offer a 50% rebate. If brand new components are being used, the applicable rebate is 30%. In both instances the components maintain their lifetimes warranty status.
Goods damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alteration may not be eligible for return or rebate. Some components may require modification as part of the fitting process, and these are exempt from this requirement.
We do not offer buyback in return for cash/credit.
