Every iSi carrier is manufactured in Mitcham, Victoria and dispatched from our Melbourne facility. Below are the shipping methods, processing times, pickup options and our 30-day return policy.
Carriers are shipped from our Mitcham manufacturing facility. The freight method is selected based on destination, parcel dimensions and the fastest available delivery window.
Orders are shipped via road or road express courier services. The courier type is selected based on the delivery location and the fastest estimated delivery time. Small items are dispatched via Australia Post or express courier.
UPS is the freight method for international destinations. The cost and estimated delivery window are confirmed at the time of quotation. Import taxes and customs duties applied by the destination country are not included in the product price.
Orders are processed within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, courier tracking information is emailed directly to the address on the order.

Note: Transit times are estimates from courier dispatch, not from order placement. Regional deliveries may require an additional week. If you have specific delivery requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, including booking alternative courier services where available.
Due to the value of the product, we do not mark deliveries with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless specifically requested by the purchaser.
Pickup is available from our showroom and manufacturing facility at Factory 17, 8 to 10 Monomeeth Drive, Mitcham VIC 3132. Orders are packed into boxes unless an in-house installation has been organised.
If your purchase is not the right fit, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned product cost is refunded in full, excluding original shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee. Items must be returned in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
Item must be in re-saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all original components and fasteners. Custom configured items, including special order fitments, are reviewed case by case.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 10 business days of payment confirmation, and often dispatched sooner. We hold at least 300 bicycle carrier systems in stock at our Melbourne facility to support prompt dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are shipped via UPS. Freight cost and estimated delivery times are confirmed at the time of quotation. Any import taxes or customs duties charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I pick up my order from your showroom?
Yes. Pickup is available from our Mitcham showroom at Factory 17, 8 to 10 Monomeeth Drive, Mitcham VIC 3132. Orders are packed into boxes unless an installation has been booked. Showroom hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Will I receive courier tracking?
Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive courier tracking information by email directly from the freight provider, allowing you to monitor delivery status.
What is Authority to Leave and is it applied by default?
Authority to Leave (ATL) instructs the courier to leave the package without obtaining a signature. Due to the value of the product, ATL is not applied by default. If you request ATL, freight insurance is voided and the courier accepts no responsibility once delivery is recorded.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy from the date of delivery. The product cost is refunded in full, excluding original shipping and a 5% restocking fee. The item must be in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact our sales team at sales@isi-carriers.com within 30 days of delivery and include your purchase receipt or order number. Once the return is approved, we will supply return instructions and the freight address for your location.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
What about damaged or faulty items?
If a carrier arrives damaged in transit or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at sales@isi-carriers.com with photos and your order number. Every iSi carrier is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, which is separate from the 30-day change of mind return policy.
