iSi vehicle bike racks are carefully configured to suit each vehicle. Multiple pivot base lengths and profiles, main beam lengths and angle options combine to deliver a precise fit on 4WDs, utes, EVs and passenger vehicles — clearing departure angles, rear spare wheels, tray bodies and tow ball mounts that defeat universal racks.
Every rack is CAD-modelled, FEA-proven, manufactured in Mitcham, Victoria from high-strength Aussie steel and finished in zinc prime plus powder coating. One rack. Configured for your vehicle. Manufactured to outlast it.
Most builds start with the pre-configured carriers. Have custom accessories on the rear? Check out Build Your Bike Rack — completely bespoke to your vehicle.
Already fitted, tested and matched to 30+ makes and 80+ models. Pick your make, pick your model, ship the perfect bike rack solution.
Trayback utes, custom canopies, rear spare wheels, drawer systems, anything outside the standard fitment. You choose every component.
There's a reason every iSi rack looks the way it does. It's not aesthetics — it's physics. Three engineering choices, refined at the component level and proven over the harshest tracks Australia has.
The tow-bar mount is the structural interface between vehicle and carrier. Multiple pivot base lengths and hole positions allow the rack to sit as close to the towbar as the vehicle permits, keeping the main beam connection tight to the mounting point instead of projecting it straight out where leverage and movement increase.
The main beam is where vehicle fitment is resolved. Different length and angle options allow the bikes to sit as close as the vehicle allows, whether wrapping handlebars around a rear spare wheel or reaching past a tray body, while the pivot base remains tucked in tight at the towbar for departure clearance.
The rack is engineered as a complete load path, with each module selected for the vehicle and the bikes being carried. Every rack combines lightweight construction, modular fitment and FEA-proven geometry into a premium solution matched to the application.

One modular system. Hundreds of fitments. Real adventurers using iSi vehicle bike racks every day across Australia.
One system. Eight engineered parts. Configure what fits your vehicle today, swap a single piece when it changes tomorrow. The rack evolves. The investment doesn't.
High-strength Australian plate steel and tube. Multiple height and length options. Pivots down all the way for full rear access — drawers, fridge slides, side-hinged doors all clear.
Structural backbone. Stadium-style stagger for compact rack profile and zero handlebar clash. Connects to the pivot base tool-free, swaps to a caravan drawbar mount in under a minute.
Mandrel-bent hoops support each tyre at four points on the tread — never the sidewall. No clamps, bungees or straps. Independent height adjustment at every wheel.
Solid steel rod with a proprietary high-UV rubber profile co-developed with Australia's leading rubber labs. Carbon-safe. Wide, soft contact area kills high-frequency vibration.
60mm crossbar, cone-point tip. Bites into the rigid upright post, cuts a positive groove, and refuses to slip on corrugations. Tool-free adjustment, every time.
Locks tighter as load increases. Pull the pin, tap with your foot, the latch disengages. Re-engages automatically when the beam comes back up. Rock-solid in both positions.
Standard on every iSi tow-bar mount. CNC-machined nut pad block + magnetic alignment + high-tensile set screw assembly. Eliminates yaw and roll wobble, preserves controlled float, keeps the rack rock-solid over harsh terrain.
When bikes block your vehicle's brake lights, indicators or plate, the iSi Lightboard puts them right back where they belong. IP67-rated LED brake, indicator and plate lights wired through a 7-pin flat trailer plug and aviation-style connector. Bolt-on mounting that fits every iSi rack made since 2016.
Roll the bike up one wheel at a time. The Quad Contact Wheel Cradles take the weight as you go. Even 32kg e-bikes load without lifting the whole bike at once.
The whole assembly pivots down from the tow bar — drawers, fridge slides and side-hinged doors all swing open clear. Drive a Prado, Wrangler, Pajero, Patrol? You'll feel the difference on day one.
40° (or 25°) departure angle. Steel underbelly designed to slide over rocks and through gullies. No hitch tubes digging into the track on a steep recovery. Drive the line, not around it.
Pull two pins and the entire carrier lifts off the tow bar. Slot it onto the laser-cut stainless wall bracket and your garage stays clear when the rack isn't in use. No tools, no straps, no awkward floor storage.
Pair with our wall mount bracketTwo platforms — 2-bike or 4-bike — configured to your bike count today and expandable as your crew grows. Fully transferable to the drawbar mount system for $675* and the same rack works on your drawbar. Same modular system. Same Australian manufacturing. Same lifetime warranty across every tier.

From-pricing assumes a standard tow-bar mount and main beam configuration. Final price depends on departure angle (25° or 40°), beam length, pivot base profile and accessories selected in the configurator.
Cradles can be added later at the same per-cradle price. No premium for upgrading from a 3-bike to a 4-bike configuration on the same platform.
Both racks share identical structural integrity. The 40° rack delivers maximum departure clearance and is the most popular choice for all travel — particularly off-road, gravel and 4x4 tracks. The 25° rack provides a lower bike loading height, ideal for heavy e-bikes and vehicles with adequate factory departure angle, suited to on-road and light off-road use.
The 4-bike rack is only available in 25° to keep four bikes compact below the vehicle's roofline.
iSi vehicle bike racks fit 30+ makes and 80+ models including Toyota, Ford, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Nissan, Jeep, GWM, Hyundai, BYD and Kia.

100% Australian made and 100% Australian owned. Every iSi carrier is designed and manufactured in Mitcham, Victoria, using Australian high-strength steels — and backed by a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty.
iSi vehicle bike racks are designed, engineered and manufactured in Mitcham, Victoria, Australia — not imported. Each rack is built from a modular system of pivot bases, main beam profiles and angle options, allowing precise configuration for individual vehicles rather than a one-size-fits-all fitment.
Every rack uses Australian high-strength steel, is zinc-plated and powder-coated, and is backed by a lifetime warranty. Most imported racks ship as fixed-dimension assemblies designed for the broadest possible market; iSi configures the rack to clear your specific vehicle's departure angle, rear spare wheel, tray body and tow ball mount.
iSi vehicle bike racks fit standard 50mm square hitch receivers, which are the most common factory and aftermarket tow bars in Australia. The rack mounts directly to the receiver — no separate ball mount or adapter required for the iSi pivot base.
Total carried weight (rack + bikes) varies by configuration. The 1-bike, 2-bike and 3-bike racks carry up to 32kg per bike. The 4-bike rack carries up to 84kg total. Confirm your tow bar's tongue weight rating against the loaded rack weight before purchase. If you're unsure, contact iSi for a fitment check.
iSi vehicle bike rack pricing starts at $1,149 AUD for the 1-bike configuration and ranges to $1,689 AUD for the 4-bike configuration. The 2-bike rack starts at $1,299 AUD and the 3-bike rack starts at $1,539 AUD.
