No matter which configuration you spec — the underlying components are identical. Engineered for harsh terrain, manufactured in Mitcham, backed for life.
Australian high-strength plate steel. Multiple height and length options to match your vehicle.
The structural backbone. Stadium-stagger keeps the rack profile compact, zero handlebar clash.
Four-point tyre support. No clamps, bungees or straps. Carbon-safe.
Solid steel, high-UV rubber. Wide, soft contact area kills high-frequency vibration.
60mm crossbar, cone-point tip. Bites in, refuses to slip on corrugations.
Locks tighter under load. Auto-engages on the way back up. Rock-solid both ways.
Standard on every iSi. Eliminates yaw and roll wobble. Preserves controlled float.
IP67-rated brake, indicator and plate lights when bikes block your vehicle's. Bolt-on, fits every iSi system since 2016.
Every iSi system carries a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect. Custom configurations included.
If your custom-spec system doesn't fit your vehicle as configured, swap the affected component at cost. One part, not the whole system.
Vehicle changes? Swap the pivot base. Want a caravan rack? Add a drawbar mount. The system outlives the vehicle.
Heavy e-bikes, fat bikes, downhill rigs — they all sit comfortably below the load limit. Loaded one wheel at a time.
Designed, engineered and manufactured in Mitcham, Victoria. Australian high-strength steels. Local suppliers, local jobs.
Manufactured to order, never sat in a warehouse. Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from order confirmation.
Five: tow bar receiver height to ground, tow bar overhang from rear of vehicle, factory or modified departure angle, rear accessory clearance (drawers, fridge slides, doors, swing-aways) and vertical clearance below the tow bar. Each one is mapped to a specific component in the configurator — see the Measurements Guide above.
Yes — that's exactly what this is for. Trayback utes, custom canopies, rear-mounted spare wheels, drawer systems, fridge slides — pick your departure angle, beam length and pivot base profile to suit. If your configuration is unusual enough that the configurator doesn't offer the right combo, the configurator will flag it and we'll talk options.
30-day fitment promise. If your custom-spec rack doesn't fit as configured, swap the affected component at cost — never the whole rack. Because the system is fully modular, that usually means a different pivot base or main beam, and you keep the rest.
Standard manufacture lead time is 5–10 business days from order confirmation, then dispatched from Mitcham, Victoria. Need it faster? Get in touch right after ordering — we'll see what we can do.
Yes — the modular architecture is the entire point. Swap the pivot base when you upgrade vehicles. Swap the main beam when your departure clearance needs change. Add a caravan drawbar mount and use the same rack on a caravan. Replace one part, keep the rest.
Yes — every iSi rack mounts to a 50mm square hitch receiver. iSi doesn't supply tow bars. Hayman Reese, TJM, Milford and most major brands are compatible. Confirm your tow bar's rated capacity supports the combined weight of the rack plus loaded bikes.
With an additional drawbar mount system, yes — under one minute, no tools. The same custom-manufactured system swaps between your tow vehicle and your caravan. See caravan bike racks →
If you'd rather hand it over, our engineers will spec it from your photos and measurements. Or skip the configuration entirely and shop our pre-configured systems for the most common vehicles.
Send your vehicle photos and measurements. Get a complete recommendation back, usually within one business day.
