How to order
Every iSi bike rack is configured for your specific caravan, camper trailer or vehicle. The process is simple, takes three steps, and removes all the guesswork. Here is exactly what happens from first enquiry to delivery.

Send us photos and measurements
Take a few photos of your drawbar or tow bar area and grab the measurements from the template that best matches your setup. Send them through to an iSi Sales Engineer using the contact form or email.

We configure and quote
An iSi Sales Engineer reviews your photos and measurements, configures the ideal bolt on solution for your caravan, camper trailer or vehicle, and sends you a detailed quote to review.
03
We manufacture and ship
Once payment is received, your iSi bike rack is prepared in our Mitcham facility and dispatched with courier tracking. Order processing is generally up to 10 business days from payment.

Photos we need from you
Take four photos of your drawbar area similar to the examples below. Wide angle side shots, plus close ups of any gas bottles, toolboxes or mounts. Clear photos help us configure the right solution the first time.

Gas bottles + toolbox
Drawbar with both a toolbox and gas bottles mounted on the main drawbar section.
Please note: Gas bottles must be installed on the main drawbar section.
Measurements we need
- A
- Across the drawbar at the front of the gas bottle retainers (outside to outside)
- B
- Height of the gas regulator at its lowest point. Often the regulator can be lowered, which keeps the bike carrier lower and makes loading easier.
- C
- From front of gas bottles, measure back to the caravan body at the height of the gas regulator
- D
- Across the drawbar at the rear of the gas bottle retainers (outside to outside)
- E
- Height of the toolbox from top face of drawbar
- F
- Drawbar profile dimensions (for example 50 mm wide x 150 mm high)
Gas bottles only
Drawbar with gas bottles mounted directly to the chassis, no toolbox.
Please note: Gas bottles must be mounted directly to the chassis on the side of the drawbar.
Measurements we need
- A
- Outside to outside drawbar measurement at front of gas bottles
- B
- Height of gas regulator off the top face of the drawbar
- C
- Distance from front of gas bottles to front of caravan body
- D
- Outside to outside drawbar measurement at rear of gas bottles
- E
- Drawbar profile dimensions (for example 150 x 50 mm)
Toolbox only
Drawbar with a toolbox but no gas bottles mounted in front.
Measurements we need
- A
- Outside to outside drawbar measurement in front of the toolbox
- B
- Height of the toolbox from the top face of the drawbar
- C
- Distance from front face of toolbox to front face of the van body
- D
- Drawbar profile dimensions (for example 50 mm wide x 150 mm high)
Fold out bed
Caravan or camper trailer with a fold out bed over the drawbar.
Measurements we need
- A
- Distance from van front body to end of fold out bed
- B
- Height of fold out bed off the top face of the drawbar
- C
- Distance from van front body to edge of drawbar (not including tow ball)
- D
- Drawbar profile dimensions (for example 50 mm wide x 120 mm high)
