Shipping

Domestic Orders

Orders will be shipped via road or road express courier services. The courier type may vary depending on the delivery location and fastest estimated delivery time. Small items will be dispatched via Australia Post bags or express courier services.

International orders

UPS is the freight method. The cost and estimated delivery time will be confirmed at the time of quotation. The country of destination might apply import taxes and customs duties, what are not included in the product price and are to be borne by the customer at delivery.

Processing and Delivery Times

Your order will be processed within 10 business days (or earlier) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed courier tracking information by the courier to track the delivery status.

Estimated Delivery times

*Regional Deliveries: Please allow up to one-week additional delivery time

If you have specific time requirements, then please let us know and we will do our best to meet them. We may have the opportunity to shuffle orders around and book different courier services to bring forward deliveries.

Authority to leave (ATL)

Due to the value of the product, we do not mark deliveries with ATL unless specified by the purchaser. If you request ATL, please be aware that insurance is void and the courier does not take responsibility after delivery has occurred.

Can I pick up my order from iSi?

Yes, we offer pickup from our show room facility at F17, 8 Monomeeth Drive, Mitcham. Your order will be packed into boxes unless installation has been organised.

Change of mind? We offer a 30-day return policy

If for whatever reason you have a change of mind with your recent purchase, we’re happy to take our product back and offer a refund on the product cost (excluding shipping costs).

To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging for a safe delivery. Please note, a 5% re-stocking fee applies to returned goods. To begin the returns process, please contact sales@isi-carriers.com to notify us of your change of mind including the purchase receipt. Returns should be sent to the following address.
