This Tvan MK5 two bike rack installation highlights how an extended drawbar can create an ideal platform for carrying bikes without compromising access or performance.

For this solution, we installed a two bike rack to a Tvan MK5 using a 100% bolt-on mounting system. The extended drawbar design provides additional space, allowing the bikes to sit neatly out of the way of the tow vehicle. The spare tyre on the MK5 can remain in place with two bikes on board.

The Tvan MK5 two bike rack positioning ensures excellent clearance, even when paired with a rear-mounted spare tyre on vehicles such as a Prado. This makes it a practical solution for touring setups where rear access and turning clearance are important considerations.
