Ezytrail Camper

This Ezytrail camper bike rack is an Extreme Duty Four Bike Rack Assembly on an Adjustable H-Mount with a StrongArm Support Post, installed by Philip himself in front of the toolbox on his Ezytrail’s drawbar, with a tow bar mount for the family Ford Ranger. His review after the first fit up: easy to install, and couldn’t be happier.

Ezytrail build value packed off road campers, and their drawbars come well stocked from the factory, toolbox, gas, stone shield. The in front of toolbox position tucks the carrier ahead of all of it, so every lid still opens with four bikes aboard, and the StrongArm post takes the additional load into the chassis rather than asking the drawbar to carry it alone. Weight stays split roughly 70% to the tow ball and 30% to the axle.

The 700mm beam Four Bike Carrier is rated to 84kg and carries up to 32kg per bike, each held by the frame in its own cradle. Off the camper, the same carrier moves to the Ranger’s tow bar, keeping the tub clear for camping gear.

Every system is manufactured in Mitcham, Victoria, as they have been since 2007, from Australian mild steel and stainless steel, zinc primed and finished in textured Dulux powder coat, and covered by a lifetime warranty.
