Toyota FJ Cruiser

This Toyota FJ Cruiser bike rack carries two bikes behind one of the most distinctive 4x4s Toyota ever shipped to America. It is an Extreme Duty 4x4x2 on a 600mm beam, manufactured by iSi in Victoria, sent to the USA and mounted through a tow bar mount system in an afternoon.

The FJ’s rear-mounted spare and side-hinged door are exactly why the 600mm beam was chosen. The extra standoff carries both bikes clear of the spare wheel, and because the carrier pivots up with the bikes loaded, the rear door still swings fully open mid trip. Capacity and fit

Each cradle takes up to 32kg with room for a 1600mm wheelbase and tyres to 5.1 inches, comfortably covering the trail bikes this system now takes on every trip. The Two Bike Rack Assembly, with a 64kg total capacity.
