Chevrolet Tahoe

This Chevrolet Tahoe bike rack pairs a full size American SUV with an Extreme Duty 4x4x2 compact carrier and a PBC-H pivot base, manufactured by iSi in Victoria and shipped to the USA. The system mounts through the Tahoe’s receiver with nothing altered on the vehicle.

A Tahoe has plenty of tow bar to work with, and the compact 400mm beam keeps both cradles pulled in close to the tailgate where the bikes ride cleanest. The PBC-H pivot base sets the carrier at the right height for the Chevrolet’s tall rear end, and the whole assembly pivots up with both bikes loaded when the tailgate needs to swing.

Capacity and fit

Each cradle carries up to 32kg with room for a 1600mm wheelbase and tyres to 5.1 inches, which covers American trail bikes without adaptors. The Two Bike Rack Assembly, and takes 64kg in total.
