Jayco Crosstrak

This Jayco Crosstrak drawbar bike rack is an Extreme Duty Four Bike Rack Assembly on an H-Mount bolt on drawbar mount with a Support Post, paired with a PBE-H vehicle mount system for the tow vehicle. George’s Crosstrak now carries four bikes on the van and moves the same carrier to the car whenever the camper stays home.

The Crosstrak is Jayco’s compact off road van, and it packs a lot of capability into a short drawbar. The H-Mount bolts on without welding and the support post carries the bike load into the chassis, keeping the drawbar arms unstressed and the weight split roughly 70% to the tow ball and 30% to the axle. The carrier pivots upright with all four bikes loaded so the van opens at camp with everything in place. Owners of other models can compare configurations across our Jayco bike racks range.

The 800mm beam Four Bike Carrier is rated to 84kg and holds each bike by the frame in its own cradle at up to 32kg, enough for a family fleet with e-bikes. Off the van, the PBE-H system puts the carrier on the tow car in minutes.

Every system is manufactured in Mitcham, Victoria, as they have been since 2007, from Australian mild steel and stainless steel, zinc primed and finished in textured Dulux powder coat, and covered by a lifetime warranty.
