Paradise Luxury Motorhome

This Paradise motorhome bike rack was configured when Jude and Trevor travelled down from Queensland with their Paradise Luxury Motorhome and a pair of Giant e-bikes that needed a better way to travel. The answer was a Mid Length Two Bike Rack Assembly on a PBM vehicle mount system, measured and installed on the motorhome in our Mitcham workshop.

A luxury motorhome sets a specific brief. The 500mm mid length beam gives the handlebars clean clearance off the tall rear wall, while the roughly 40 degree high departure angle keeps the carrier off the bitumen on steep driveways and ferry ramps, the places long overhang vehicles scrape. The quick pivot action swings the loaded rack clear for full access to the rear canister, and unloading takes seconds rather than wrestling.

E-bikes are the natural companions to a motorhome and the reason cradle ratings matter: at up to 32kg per bike, the wheel support cradles, held by a frame support cradle carry the Giants batteries in, chargers stowed, ready to reach the trails from wherever the motorhome parks.

Every system is manufactured in Mitcham, Victoria, as they have been since 2007, from Australian mild steel and stainless steel, zinc primed and finished in textured Dulux powder coat, and covered by a lifetime warranty.
