Jayco All-Terrain

This Jayco All-Terrain bike rack is an Extreme Duty Four Bike Rack Assembly on an H-Mount bolt on drawbar mount with a StrongArm Support Post, installed on Shak’s All-Terrain. Jayco’s toughest off road van deserves mounting hardware engineered to the same standard, and this configuration delivers four bike capacity without touching the van’s off road credentials.

The All-Terrain’s beefed up drawbar takes the H-Mount cleanly, no welding required, and the support post carries the bike load down into the chassis, keeping the drawbar arms unstressed on corrugations. The load sits split roughly 70% to the tow ball and 30% to the axle, exactly where an off road van tows best, and the carrier pivots upright with all four bikes loaded so the van sets up at camp with everything in place. The 700mm beam Four Bike Carrier is rated to 84kg and holds each bike by the frame in its own cradle at up to 32kg, which covers a family fleet with e-bikes in it. A vehicle mount system can be added at any time to move the same carrier to the tow vehicle between trips.

Every system is manufactured in Mitcham, Victoria, as they have been since 2007, from Australian mild steel and stainless steel, zinc primed and finished in textured Dulux powder coat, and covered by a lifetime warranty.
