Designed with the sole purpose of keeping your bicycle upright – gently. A world of engineering has gone into the iSi Frame Support Cradle to deliver the world’s leading bicycle retention system.
To specifically address operation over harsh corrugations at speed, additional mass added to the contact area to eliminate high frequency vibrations.
Working in conjunction with iSi wheel support cradles that support and stabilise each wheel, iSi comprehensively eliminated the high-load issues that continue to plague other platform carriers that require high strap-down loads. Moreover, by gently supporting the frame, iSi eliminates the bearing fretting and static wear issues of wheel-only retention carriers experience. For high UV resistance, vibration isolation and a wide and soft contact, Australia’s leading rubber laboratories collaborated with iSi to design and extrude our own special section soft, supple and super durable rubber profile that is head and shoulders superior to every other bicycle carrier product on the planet. iSi’s thick, wide and flat contact area, acts as a highly effective vibration isolator and eliminates the abrasive issues of inferior round section pads.
With next to zero load, the iSi frame supports eliminate wheel and head stem fretting issues and deliver the ultimate protection for titanium, thin wall alloy and the most fragile of carbon fibre bicycle frames.

The best possible departure clearance is vital to protect the bikes from below but more importantly, positioned so that the bikes are protected from above and sides as well. 100% of the driver’s concentration can then be focused on the track ahead.
However, there’s more to departure clearance than simply raising the bikes up high. With the shortest possible protrusion out of the tow bar, the whole assembly is protected when dragging the rear over big rocks and deep gullies as well as those surprise high speed dips.
Moreover by eliminating tow bar protrusions that dig into the track, the car can drive back down or be recovered out of a steep river crossing without digging into the track.

Engineered for durability, iSi Carriers undergo a multi-step finishing process, including sandblasting, zinc plating, and powder coating. This provides excellent protection against corrosion, abrasion and harsh UV environments.
Most products stop at either zinc plating or powder coating. At iSi, we go far beyond. Every steel component undergoes extensive surface preparation, zinc plating, and then a durable textured powder coat finish. This multi-layer system delivers long-term protection against stone chips, road salt, UV exposure and corrosive extremes you’ll encounter from deserts to coastal tracks.
Scientifically, this finish is proven to outperform. The powder coat acts as a tough outer shell, while the zinc beneath provides sacrificial protection.

In other words, two wheels may be positioned exactly side by side for zero side to side offset of the bicycles. Strong, secure and manufactured from 100% Australian high-strength plate steel and tube, the iSi Pivot-Base is designed to breeze over the harshest terrain.
With the simple push on the iSi Pozi-Lock latch, the main beam section pivots down for easy access to the rear of the vehicle. Moreover, by lowering the complete assembly, the bicycles remain secured for maximum convenience.
When done, raise the beam to the upright position and the iSi Pozi-Lock latch does the job of securing the load. Slip the security pin in and you’re ready again to hit the road and tracks.

With an extensive range of Drawbar Mount and Support Posts Systems, we ensure a precise fitment with considerations for weight distribution, trailer articulation and clearance to drawbar compartments including fold out beds.
While it might seem like a good idea to protect your bicycle from the elements, using a bike cover can actually cause more harm than good. Wind buffeting creates additional load and vibration that can cause damage to both the bicycle and the bicycle carrier.
We recommend using a high-quality security cable paired with a combination or padlock. Loop the cable through the bicycle frames, the carrier main beam or pivot base, then secured to the vehicle tow bar or caravan chassis. This locks the bikes to the carrier and the carrier to the vehicle or caravan. The locking device should not be used during travel to avoid potential damage.
Because of the modular design of our carriers, we can mix and match components to suit just about every application on the market.
We offer a buy back policy where for a small charge we take back used components and supply new components of the correct configuration. For example, if in the future you purchase a vehicle where the above configuration is not perfect, then swap the relevant parts over. Refer to our buyback and exchange policy.

iSi Frame Support Cradles are designed to keep the bicycle upright while all transport loads are handled through the Four Point Wheel Cradles. Manufactured from solid steel rod, they resist high-frequency vibrations over corrugated roads. A proprietary rubber compound developed in house features a wide, soft, and UV-resistant rubber. The result is unmatched protection for even the most delicate carbon, titanium, or thin-wall alloy frames.
The main beam is the structural backbone of the iSi carrier and is available in both 25° and 40° departure angle configurations at various lengths. With bikes staggered vertically along the beam, this stadium-style layout reduces the rack’s overall length by managing hub-to-hub clearance. This results in the most compact rack profile on the market, minimising rear overhang on the vehicle.
The staggered positioning also provides a clear working field for loading and unloading bikes with no overlapping handlebars or awkward reach-arounds. Designed for 2- or 4-bike configurations, the main beam connects tool-free to the pivot base and can be quickly swapped to a trailer or removed as needed. It’s a rigid, modular foundation that delivers both performance and practicality for serious adventure travel.
Our Extreme-Duty Tee-Handles may be small, but they play a vital role in keeping your bike stable and secure. They are engineered to lock the rigid upright frame supports firmly in place. Unlike other systems where the upright post can drop side to side causing the bike to roll and depend on straps for stability, the iSi system uses fixed rigid posts teamed with cone point Tee-Handles, delivering uncompromising bike retention without relying on band-aid solutions like straps. The 60 mm crossbar provides excellent leverage for easy, tool-free adjustment, while the cone-point tip bites securely into the post, forming a positive groove that prevents slippage even over rough, corrugated terrain.
The iSi Pozi-Lock latch is a clever over‑centre design that actually locks tighter as more load is applied, keeping the rack solidly in place when bouncing over rough tracks. To tilt the rack down, just pull the top pin and tap the latch with your foot – it disengages smoothly, then automatically re-engages when you raise the rack back up for the pin to slide in.
The result is ultra-easy operation with rock-solid retention of the main beam in both upright and pivoted positions.
The Hitch Stabiliser System features a CNC machined nut pad block and set screw assembly that locks the bike carrier to the vehicle hitch with zero slop. The nutpad block features magnets to hold the block in place in the desired pivot base hole. Every iSi towbar mount includes this high-tensile stabiliser that eliminates any wobble in yaw and roll axes, while still allowing a slight amount of float. In essence, the stabiliser keeps the whole assembly rock solid for confident travel over harsh terrain.
The iSi Pivot Base is a robust modular hitch mount that comes standard with a high-tensile anti-rattle hitch stabiliser and an integrated auxiliary license plate holder (or optional lightboard). It’s offered in multiple height and length configurations for the best compatibility for different towbar depths and clearances for drop-down tailgates or rear swing out doors. Moreover, the modular mounts provide ample departure clearance so your bikes or rack avoid ground strikes. The design also features adjustable mounting positions (with multiple hitch pin holes) for fine-tuning the rack’s position relative to your vehicle, yielding a perfect fit tight to the vehicle while providing and secure wobble-free performance.
Each bike is stabilised and secured via our Quad Contact Wheel Cradle system with no clamps, bungees, or tie-downs required. The mandrel bent hoops support the tyre at four points on the tread, locking the bike in position through the wheels. This eliminates any unwanted bike movement or rolling left and right as you travel especially over corrugations or off-road tracks. Each cradle is mounted on a sliding offset sleeve, allowing independent height adjustment to finely control handlebar and saddle clearance. Bikes sit tighter and more securely with a narrower footprint, creating a compact, stable load without compromising ease of loading.
